Method
- Measure flour in a large bowl
- Add eggs to a small bowl on a food scale
- Add enough olive oil to the eggs to equal 185g
- Add egg and olive oil mixture to the flour and combine
- Knead for ~10minutes or 5-7 with a kitchen aid.
- Cover with plastic wrap and rest for 30 - 60 minutes
- Divide dough into 4 parts and create desired shapes
- Cook in salted water for ~2 minutes
