Lasagna

Most delicious italian style lasagna.
- 9x13 Pan

- 1 hour
Ingredients
- 1 Pasta Dough
- 1 Batch Bolognese (room temp)
- 1 Batch Béchamel (room temp)
- ~200g / 0.5lb Parmigiano Reggiano
- 12oz freshly grated Mozzarella
Directions
- Make pasta dough and cut into lasagna sheets.
- Boil the pasta in satly water for 30 seconds
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Spread 1 cup of bolognese on the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
- Place a layer of lasagna noodles
- Spread 1 cup of bolognese and 1/4 cup of béchamel on top of the noodles
- Generously grate fresh Parmigiano Reggiano
- Repeat steps 3 - 5 until reaching the top of the pan
- Cover with freshly grated Mozzarella
- Cover pan with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour
- Uncover and broil on high for around 10mins. The top should be a nice golden color
