Pasta Dough

Easy and delicious homemade pasta dough

Ingredients

  • 300g 00 Flour
  • 3 largs eggs + 1 large egg yolk
  • olive oil

Directions

  1. Measure flour in a large bowl
  2. Add eggs to a small bowl on a food scale
  3. Add enough olive oil to the eggs to equal 185g
  4. Add egg and olive oil mixture to the flour and combine
  5. Knead for ~10minutes or 5-7 with a kitchen aid.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and rest for 30 - 60 minutes
  7. Divide dough into 4 parts and create desired shapes
  8. Cook in salted water for ~2 minutes
