Italian Meatballs
Authentic Italian meatballs everyone will crave

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 pound ground veal
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 teaspoons freshly chopped basil
- 3 teaspoons freshly chopped parsley
- 3 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 cup freshly fine-grated pecorino romano cheese
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup italian breadcrumps
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil, and lightly grease.
- In a large bowl, add meats, egg yolks, grated cheese and spices.
- In a separate bowl, combine breadcrumbs and milk and mix well. Add to meat mixture.
- Mix all ingredients until well incorporated.
- Using a #20 cookie scoop, place meatballs on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes flipping halfway through. Broil for 3-5 minutes, if desired. The meatballs should be around 150°F and can either be finished cooking in pasta sauce, or continue cooking in the oven to 160°F.
