Pimento Cheese

A Southern classic that can be eaten with just about anything.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cheddar cheese, freshly grated
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 4oz jar of Pimento’s, drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together, and refrigerate in an airtight container.
