Fruit Crumble

Super easy and delicious fruit crumble!

Ingredients

Fruit Filling

  • 2 Quarts of Fresh or Frozen Fruit
  • 1 Tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Crumble Topping

  • 1/2lb (8oz) brown sugar
  • 2 sticks (8oz) of melted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cup AP flour
  • pinch of kosher salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Combine Topping ingrediens in a large bowl and mix until combined. The mixture should be crumbly, but do not over mix.
  3. Combine Fruit mixture together in a large bowl, and pour into a 9x13” pan. It should take up about half of the pan.
  4. Crumble Topping mixture over the fruit to cover.
  5. Bake until topping is golden brown and fruit is nice and bubly. (45-50 mins for frozen)
